Game from the lands around us
At Eriksberg we have worked with game from our own lands for over 80 years. With our own butchery we control the entire process from forest to table, and our own herb garden supplies the kitchen with locally grown, fresh spices. Here our chefs prepare and create meals that follow the slightest changes in the season.
Eriksberg has been named Sweden's best game restaurant and is featured in the White Guide, Wine Spectator and Star Wine List.
Restaurant Sea Eagle
Located in the Säteriet with views over the savannah. Serves à la carte and three or five-course menus with game and seasonal ingredients from the own land.

Named Blekinge's best restaurant by the White Guide several years in a row. Breakfast and lunch at a leisurely pace, with seasonal flavors and theme nights throughout the year.

Outdoor Farm Cafe
At the gate is Outdoor Eriksberg, with a café, game products and gift items. It also houses Sweden's largest range of hunting clothing from Chevalier. Outdoor dining and events when the season calls.

Our wine cellar
Our wine cellar holds nearly 9,000 bottles and is a natural part of the meal at Eriksberg. The wine list is developed in collaboration between our sommeliers and chefs and reflects classic wine regions and producers who share our respect for the raw material. The work has been recognized by Wine Spectator and Star Wine List Global.

A midsummer menu with classic flavors, served as table sharing directly at the table. Share the dishes around the group and let the celebration take its time. 595 SEK per person.

Celebrate Christmas at Eriksberg with a Christmas table where classic flavors meet ingredients from the lands around us. From 795 SEK per person.
The Christmas table is served as lunch or dinner from November 19 on selected dates until Christmas Eve.
