The safety and security of our guests and employees is our top priority.

The list is not comprehensive, and we may take additional measures if necessary to ensure the safety and security of the hotel.

  • Age limit: To stay at our hotels you must be at least 18 years old. Minors may only stay in the company of a guardian.
  • Identification: All guests must be able to present valid identification upon check-in (except for children traveling with a guardian). Guests who are not registered in Sweden must also complete a registration card by law.
  • Consideration: We expect our guests to behave respectfully and show consideration for both staff and other guests at the hotel. Threats or harassment will not be tolerated.
  • Police report: Crimes committed at the hotel will always be reported to the police.
  • Disturbance: We reserve the right to refuse or reject guests who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who otherwise endanger safety or disrupt the peace. Guests who are rejected are not entitled to compensation or refunds.
  • Alcohol consumption: Alcohol brought in may only be consumed in the hotel room, not in common areas.
  • Visitors: After 10:00 PM, it is not permitted to bring people into the hotel room who are not checked-in guests.
  • Noise level: Please keep the noise level in the hotel room to a reasonable level. After 10:00 PM, the hotel rooms and corridors should be quiet so that all guests can enjoy a peaceful stay.
  • Open flames: Candles, incense, electric hotplates, gas stoves or similar may not be used in hotel rooms.
  • Electrical Devices: For safety reasons, it is prohibited to charge equipment such as hoverboards, electric bicycles, electric scooters, drones or similar devices in the hotel. Always unplug rechargeable devices (e.g. mobile phones and computers) when leaving the room.
  • Weapons: It is not permitted to bring weapons. If you have a hunting license and need to bring your weapon, please contact the reception before arrival.
  • IT security: Use of our network for illegal activities or in a manner that compromises IT security is prohibited.

Compensation and costs

As a guest, or the person to whom the reservation is registered, you are responsible for all costs and damages that may arise for the hotel or third parties during your stay. You also agree to replace any furnishings that are damaged or taken from the room or other parts of the hotel premises without permission.

Specific fees

  • Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in hotel rooms, other premises and at the hotel entrances (according to law). The ban applies to both traditional cigarettes, e-cigarettes and similar products. Violations will result in a fine of SEK 4,000.
  • Fire detectors: It is absolutely forbidden to cover, remove or otherwise disable fire detectors. Violation will result in a fine of SEK 2,500.
  • False fire alarm: If a fire alarm is caused by negligence or intentional action, and the fire department responds, the guest will be charged the response cost, approximately SEK 10,000.
  • Waste: Only household waste from a normal hotel stay may be left behind. Larger objects or hazardous waste, such as gas cylinders or larger batteries, are not permitted. Violations will result in a fee of SEK 500 for handling bulky or hazardous waste (e.g. nitrous oxide cylinders).
  • Cleaning/Decontamination: If the room is left in a condition that requires decontamination or extensive extra cleaning, a fee of SEK 2,500 will be charged, or the actual amount the decontamination costs.
  • Nitrous oxide: Nitrous oxide is not allowed in hotel rooms or common areas. Since cartridges are considered hazardous waste, a fee of 500 SEK will be charged if left behind.

Guests who violate these rules, fail to settle their payment or cause damage may be denied continued stay and future bookings at our hotel.
